Sherryl
Cousins, Consultant While a new comer to the state of Georgia, Sherryl is by no means a new comer to the field of real estate and affordable housing. As a real estate agent in the South Florida area, Sherryl was very committed to the mission to provide affordable housing. While serving on the board of directors for the Affordable Housing Coalition, she also owned and operated a rental property investment company for over six years. After moving to Georgia in June 2003, she became a licensed real estate agent and works with Perimeter-1 Realty in Atlanta. Sherryl joined the Paces Foundation as a consultant in December 2004 to assist with locating land sufficient for building multifamily units of affordable housing. As stated in her own words, “I truly enjoy the challenge and joy of working with the staff of Paces, while fulfilling my commitment to the very much needed cause of providing safe, secure, affordable housing”. |
