Founding Member and President of Paces since 1991, Mark has overseen the growth and expansion of Paces to nearly 2000 LIHTC units in four states. With a MA degree in Philosophy from University of Georgia, Mark has kept active in socially responsible activities since the 1970's. This includes teaching philosophy part time at Georgia Perimeter College; Director and Officer of The American Philosophical Practioners Association; Chairman of Georgia Affordable Housing Corporation a CDFI lending institution; guest lecturer for the Georgia Association of Certified Public Accountants, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Home Loan Bank. Mark enjoys traveling, skiing and motorcycles.
